I'm looking for a power steering diverter valve for a MF-40E. If anyone could help steer me in the right direction as to where one might be located I'd be most appreciative.

Thanks, Winter

I have a 92 MF-40E recently purchased. I am still looking for a repair manual myself? Any clues? If I come accross a parts source I will shoot it your way.

Jim.

I was told that the only place to purchase a "Workshop Service Manual" is through Massey Ferguson"s Canada location, and then only piece by piece (ie. the chapter on power steering would be a piece.) Unfortunately I am unable at this time to find that locations address or phone number.

If anyone has more experience with the MF-40E and could help I would be eternally grateful. The problem (as described to me) is that the power steering doesn"t seem to be working and its hard to steer. My father was told that it was a "diverter valve" though this does not come up well in searching for parts and even the service manual makes no mention of a part with this exact name.

Thanks, Winter
