TO 35 rear disc and rim

I have a TO35 with 11-28 rear rims with a four bolt on disc. The rim has rusted out and I cannot find a replacement rim that is like the one on the tractor. The rim has four slotted brackets welded on and the disc fits into the slots and has four bolts, one of which is offset. All of the photos I see of discs on the market have six bolts and none of the rims are configured like the ones I have. Any suggestions will be appreciated. Must I buy a completely new disc to fit a new rim? The ones on my TO35 look like original equipment. Tire size is 11.2-28.
