Will a Fram C3 filter work on a gas MF35. My local MF dealer has closed so getting a filter is going to become a problem. Have checked the web sites, know I can get one there was just hoping something local would work.

NAPA carries the cartridge filter. # 1167 or thereabouts as I recall....Remember it is a 11XX something.

I used to buy Fram, Tractor Supply carries it

they were out twice so I tried NAPA, they tried to sell me a WIX at twice the price, called them a bunch thieves

BUT, I asked around and discovered the WIX weighs about double the Fram, difference supposed to be filtering agent, this was from some reliable folks just as cheap as me

I went back, apologized and bot the WIX

Yes, the C3 filter will work.
