Looking at mid seventies MF 40 Backhoe with Loader in average to good condition with 3 cylinder perkins diesel. Please, what's it worth?

Patrick,

I had two; one with a diesel and one with gas. I had to sell one of them (because of cutting back on work) and the diesel sold first. It brought $5200.00. I was told I sold it way to cheap.

I�m still using the gas. They were both excellent tractors and excellent backhoes. I could never tell the difference between the powers of the gas verse the diesel.

It still amazes me how much power these tractors have and how they hold up.
