TVO Mix - FE 35

My FE35's serial number starts with SKF, "K" being TVO, which I ony discovered yesterday. Some time ago I came across mix ratios for TVO, and didn't pay too much attention to it, but I'll be damned if I can find it now. Can someone please help me with the mix proportions. Secondly, not knowing this, I used 87 and and more recently 93 octane feul. Did this cause any damage. The tractor runs perfectly although the exhaust smoke tends to be darkish. Also, the first two plugs closest to the radiator tends to soot up from time to time. Many Thanks.
