I have a 555 that i just bought and am wondering the year. How do I find out?? Also I was told that they don't make gasket kits for them no more, it is a diesel. Thanks for the help

The factory serial number tag is on the right side of frame below the gas tank.The number is also stampeded into the frame on the left-hand side of the frame by the PTO houseing.Fred wolfe handles massey parts he may be able to help you with the gaskets.When you find the serial number post it and someone will be able to tell you what year it is.

The data book I have on Massey Tractors lists your tractor as a 1958.They made 782 of them in 1958.
