Our gasoline mf-230 will shut down after being used under load for about 20 minutes. It will immediately refire but same thing happens in 15 minutes,,,Seems to be fuel related and the gasoline seems to stop running through the line for a split second and also sems very hot. Any ideas, help, or suggestions,,,,the tractor mechanics cant figure it out!!

Check the fuel line as it passes close to the exhaust and make sure that all of the factory heat shields are in place. Too much heat can boil the gas in the line and stop the flow of fuel to the carb.

You may want to check the gas cap for proper venting, as the gas is used up it has to let air back into tank or flow will stop, it could be partially blocked and when the engine stops it gets a chance to catch up, to test just unhook line at carb and let it run into a gas can for a few minutes,if it is ok you can dismiss the supply system, good luck.

You may have lost the vent feature in your fuel cap.
