Replaced clutch in MF35 Diesel (UK). Everything works fine except when I go to engage the PTO, it grinds. Only way to engage it into various positions is to idle down as low as it will go. Don't have a shop manual as of yet, any suggestions?

Go up through the hole in the bottom of the bellhousing set the three pto pressure plate stop bolts at 0.050 that will probably make it release if you did not warp the pto disc as you were putting it back together. The 0.090 called for in the book a lot of times is to much gap for them to release. I can email you a picture that shows how to make the clutch adjustment Email if you would like to have it
