I have a Model 28 gang plow on steel wheels. i like to know how to paint it and fix the trailing wheel the locking mecanizum will not lock and hold the wheel strait when the plow is in the furrow. can anyone help me.

I could be wrong but I think it is Massy Harris red with the wheels painted straw yellow.If its a 3 bottom the decal or painted name on the right side reads Massey- on the rear beam.Harris on the middle beam and No 28 on the front beam. This is from a black & white ad in 1948 issue of Massey Harris Buyers Guide.
