Oil is supplied to the rocker arms,on the Z134, through a hole in one of the rocker arm stands. That is supplied through a galley from the cam. Sometimes the galley gets plugged between the cam and rocker arm shaft.

My father inlaw has a 59 TO-35 that wasn't getting oil to the head, found out who ever worked on it before he bought it put the rear main bearing in wrong,so oil was not being pumped up to head.Lucky it was caught early enough so it didn't ruin motor.Put all new mains in and it runs fine know. Just finished putting it all back together on Monday.
