Need a pair of rims for 12-38 tires.Anyone know of a source for new/used(but very good)? Have been told you can buy the rims and have the old centers welded in.Want exact copys if new.

I have a MH 444 row crop height. the right rear rim has corroded to the point that I have to replace it. The rim is a 38" "spin off" style. Can anyone tell me if I need to stay with the "spin off" style, or can I get a regular rim. Also, will other tractor brands' rims fit on this tractor? Bob,
What does Miller Tire, in Ohio, offer for replacements? Doubt they would be pushing Asian
scrap, as they specialize in restoration wheels,
here on the Y.T. site. Welding will cost you, if
you went that method. Perhaps cheaper to pay $50.
for cast centers, Miller can match those with new
drop center rims, your challenge is 16 wedge bolts
to assemble. Avoid that, by using the back wedge spacers, on both front & back of wheels, with new bolts. Covered this issue with Marlowe a few years
back. Good luck.
