I just acquired one of these. Are these very collectible? I looked on eBay and saw a 8, no engine that had bids. Mine is all complete but does not run (maybe due to sitting so long???) Tecumseh engine carb etc all there and deck all there. Would it be worth investment and time to get it running? Thanks.

I don't think they are "super rare" but you sure don't see them every day. I always take notice of massey lawn tractors. I learned to cut grass on our massey ferguson 12 hydrostatic. My grand mother had a 10 variable speed, an uncle had a 7 and a neighbor had a 12 variable speed. I would love to find one like we used to have, it was a great tractor for many years.
