Here's a very nice 1969 MF 1130 that was on display at the Farm Power Show in Louisville KY. Although I'm an IH guy, I have a soft touch for Fergusons. This sweetie was furnished by Batliner for display at the AGCO area. The data board for the 1130 says it puts out 130HP. Dang, that is one, manly looking piece of tractorness.

That is one beautiful "hunk" of machinery. Love to have that in my shed. Makes me want to go outside and cover mine up out of view...

It is indeed a manly looking tractor and yet they parked it in the women's section of the show. What a mistake, those fiends should be taken to task about that error. Very nice though, quite a job of restoration and some NOS parts there too.

No they just parked it outside the ladies toilets!
Lovely tractor ( we had an 1100, same year wide front) just to be a bit picky I don"t suppose it came out the factory with a straight chrome stack? ( please correct me if I am wrong)
Roy

How silly of me not to have noticed that. And what the heck is a woman's toilet doing at a tractor show anyhow? Man, this world is really going down the drain, the toilet drain even. By the way, I think the drains in the woman's toilet are chrome plated so that should make us all feel better.

Come on, Joe. Confess you took this photo back in 1969, at a farm equipment show. Where is the 856?

I got your 856...err... 1206 right here! Don't run me off for posting a Farmall.

Yes, Andrew, this show was at Freedom Hall but actually located in the huge expo wings of the hall. Freedom Hall proper was reserved for the tractor pulls.

AGCO had one heck of a display and were peddling some great old-line stuff: M-H, M-F, M-M, Oliver et al. Embarrassed to report the same cannot be said for Case-IH. Man, they blew it big time! I was told, "You can get that stuff on our website."

For spite I ran back to the AGCO booth and bought two M-F tee shirts and a hat and one M-M tee shirt. So there Case-IH!
