Neg ground 12 volt, coupling for hyd pump could have been put on backwards, and, it does have a pin it it, if backwards, coupling will slip off shaft, backlash coupling is readily available from MF, easier to buy than make, change the press-in pin in the steering gear box to a 1/8 in grade 8, easier to go in and out, permatran in rear end instead of 90 wt mineral oil (90 wt caused early rear end failures)but orig shop book still calls for 90 wt,never revised that I am aware of, what else? some people don't like 85 because power steering pump activates pto, so if power steering pump fails, pto won't work, as far as engine, trans, rear end, a heckacious set up. Can find most gaskets. If you take care of it, I doubt that you'll ever wear it out.
