I can"t seem to find a radiator for a 1959 MF65 with a gas motor. What might interchange? No one lists a 65 gas?

Ok here is the deal, I got a replacement radiator for an 8N, it is close enough that I was able to have a lower pipe installed that would exit to the left, as the ford exits directly into the fan. Actually I could have removed the original bottom tank and put it on the new radiator, but I wanted to keep the original intact. The radiators are the same except the lower outlet and I dropped the filler cap down about 2 inches. It is very hard to tell it is not original because I even made mounts that match the original, all in all cost me about $180.00.

Did you check that the cooling capacity of the 8N radiator matches the cooling capacity of the MF65? It seems that the cooling requirements of the MF65 would be greater than the Ford 8N. A good radiator man can tell you - like total cooling surface of the tubes, spacing of the fins, metal types, etc.

Craig- Might be a less than desirable suggestion, but maybe one of the Ford radiators would fit in the 135 gas. The 600 or 800 series Fords are alot like the old M-F 135's. I know for a fact that some of the parts will interchange. Worth a look if it's a working tractor..... .....

No one makes a direct replacment. I've been loking for 3 years. An old one in good shape will set you back a ton, if you can find one.
Your best bet is to fix yours if possible. There are a few new ones that are similar but have longer necks, etc.
