I would like to use my MF 35 to cut firewood. My chainsaw is great, but it would be great if I could give my chainsaw a break and use the live PTO on my MF 35 to hook up to a saw rig/blade. Can I build one. What kind of setup is available.

you can buy saw rigs that mount on your three point hitch and connect to your pto with a drive shaft.old ones used a flat belt drive from a adapter that you installed on your pto shaft, some were stand alone and a few were three point mounted .dangerous to buid your own ie saw balance ,bearing alingment, blade speed. i have used them DO NOT want to be day dreaming those i have used scream, get helper to work with you to take away chunks before they hit ground. just my 2 cents
