I saw an 1135 sitting out with the exhaust open to the elements,
Its been there for a while at least 4 yrs, paint is faded but its sound,I think,
was wondering with the pipe open, would it be stuck inside on the rings or valves,
and If I bought it could I get another head for it and redo it and have a 1135 for not much money?

Hey, An open exhaust is usually a bad sign. If rain water got into the cylinder and sat there for any period of time then chances are the pistons are siezed up in the cylinder and will cost quite a bit to overhaul the engine. People need to take care of their equipment better by parking them inside or at least putting a can over the exhaust pipe so water can not get in there. Two words: bad news. Sorry for the sour note, hope this helps! :)
