any one know where I can get a rebuild kit.I think I may need one and the filters for it.I keep getting air in the system some how.it runs fine then just shuts down I check the bleed at the injection pump and there is air.any one have a clue it is a perkins diesel I guess there could be a seal leaking and it is sucking air there. the pump is a A/C pump so I would think some one has a rebuild kit for the pump.

I had a similar problem with a 165 diesel. It turned out to be a cracked diaphragm in the fuel transfer pump. I couldn"t see the crack until I held it up to the sun.

Sorry, I do not know of a source of fuel puump, but I had a similar problem with my Super 90 and found a crack in a fuel line. Removed it, silver soldered crack, reinstalled and it works great.
