I am looking at buying a particular 1105. I haven't been around one of these, and am not familiar with this model. Are they a good tractor? Anything i should look for in particular? thanks

We have an 1105 at work it is one of our better tractors. If it has a cab it seems like about once a year we have to repair one of the many hyd lines under the cab where it rubs on something. Have not any multipower troubles on the 1105. I would buy one if I could find one...The only thing I dont like about the MF is they will freewheel when the multipower is in low must be real careful pulling heavy weight downhills.....Jim

we had the bigger sister 1135 ( 2 of them)

those hoses were a pain even when it was new.
and when they went you got an oil bath.

I was never fond of the steering it was always a bit heavy and sluggish... but for 120hp it would really work better.. oh and I liked the one with multi power better than the one with out.. a lot more.

Ive got both the 1135 and 1105, they have never
been under a shed & never needed anything but minor repairs. Pitcures are on this site of each
one is a 1975 and the other a 1978 model, only
batteries, brakes & a few hydraulic lines have ever replace.
