Hi there Tim I take it that CaCl is added to the water in the wheel for extra weight? I had a look at this site ----- --://hillbrothers.com/hi94.htm but was none the wiser. As for your question the rim sizes vary greatly depending on what tyres are fitted to the tractor and what it is to be used for. i.e. for draw bar work on steep hilly country a 23.1x26 tyre works well on shallow dry soils. for mouldboard ploughing a 12.4x36 that fits nicely into the furrow is also a good allround farm tyre. for rowcrop work a narrow but tall tyre 9.5x42 is a good choice. According to a Australian sales pamphlet I have on the 165, the tractor could be ordered with 18.4/15x28 or 16.9/14x28 with pressed steel rims and 640lb cast centres, - 16.9/14x30 , 16.9/14x28 or 14.9/13x28 on pressed wheels. All of these tyre sizes have a loaded rolling radius of about 26"-27" For the high clearance models, they used 14.9/13x38 or 13.6/12x38 with pressed steel wheels. these tyre sizes have a loaded rolling radius of about 28"-29" So there you have it, May I suggest you ask your friend the size printed on the side of his tyre case. Good luck and cheers Arthur from Tassy
