You are tlking about serious water in the oil I presume, not just condensate on the filler cap or some small drops in the drain oil. Do you use your machine often or does it just sit for long periods idle? if it does, you'd be surprised how much condensate you can get in the crankcase and the tranny/rearaxle. Is your radiator really low on coolant after running? Does your oil look like coffee with cream? Water droplets comming out of the exhaust with a warmed up engine?

Make sure your head bolts are torqued to spec (70-75 ft-lb) first. See if there is oil in the radiator and/or start it up and see if there are bubbles in the coolant. Pull the pan and look for signs of coolant dripping into the oil. There are several things that can cause you to have coolant in the crankcase, like a leaking o-ring seal on the sleeve, a bad head gasket seal.
