just got through doing some extensive service on my 135 gas and when I put fuel to the carb I noticed it was leaking on the bottom. guessing the fuel soleniod is not working right. was working OK before. Can't find any troubleshooting info in manual other than its picture. Your help is always appreciated.

The solenoid closes off the main jet to prevent "dieseling" or "backfire" at shutdown, and even if it's failed, the carburetor should not "run over".

However, inlet needle and seat or float problems will cause the float bowl to overflow into the air horn through the bowl vent.

Most likely the float needle and seat is leaking and the float bowl is overflowing to drip out the drain at the bottom of the carburetor. My '68 MF-135 doesn't have the fuel shut off solenoid and I'm glad it doesn't. They tend to be expensive for my JD tractor. If you haven't replaced the float needle and seat, its worn and you need to replace it.
