Help folks,

I have a 1960 massey 65 with power steering. The power steering works great (on one side) but not the other side. I tried adjusting the valve adjustments but it just changes the power assist from one side to the other side. According to the manual it states that the valve is sticky (how do you loosen it up?), bad or blocked hoses(The hoses seem fine no blockage), or the bad adjustment of linkage ( I've fine tuned it to the best of my ability. I'm in a fix!

dan, if you have any wear in your pins and ends(we call them) on you adjusting turnbuckle replace them, they should be a very neat fit. screw your vertical adjusting screw right in then adjust your link so the last pin just slides in easily, then screw out the vertical screw 2-3 turns and try. good luck.
