Yes i know the live pto does hurt a little bit. but its either the 44 or an allis WD and the WD hydrolic pump probly can"t get coverted over to two way. have a 4010 JD for back up but would like to keep the big tractor off my hay. the round baler is a heston and i"m told that you start the bale by going side ways into the row to start the bale so it rolls. this is what i"m told. ??? don"t know about the 44 hydrolic thing i think it orginal? value is under seat with a ram. only one hoes i"ll look to see if it has another fitting. but i think it would have to have two more fittings one for a return line.

use your 4010 to bale with you WILL NEED LIVE PTO to bale and it sure will not hurt the hay

a two way spool or valve is all you need all it takes is the line from pump to the valve and then a return to the tank. you might have a two way valve allready dose it have two plugs on top but only one line ? if so the other plug can be replaced with a line
