I am in need of a Massey Harris 55. If anyone could help me it would be greatly appreciated. I checked the classifieds here and nothing.

Thanks

we have one but its kinda a parts machine motor wise I think... it wasnt stuck and we filled it with oil.

it is a RICE machine with a hand clutch ( no foot brakes anywhere to be found---doesnt seem to have ever had any)
1 good rear rice.. 2 good fronts.

I am looking for a 55 parts tractor - if Crazy Eight isn't interested in it, I might be.

I will get the pics as soon as I can so you can look at them.

Email me if you have any other questions...

I think this would be a good project tractor since it is not your typical 55...

Yes, it does sound different - I have heard of those "Rice" ones without any brakes to get in the way. I myself have two "Western" 55's to restore and a restored standard that I posted in the tractor photo section.
