I just bought this lady with 1083 hours and would like to use her to run a round bale wrapper and may in future add a loader. She has no auxiliary hydraulics at the moment. What is the best way to add the external hydraulic capacities that would give me enough juice. The bale wrapper requires a maximum of 20 Ltrs/min of oil and I have no idea what a loader would require. Thanks for any advice.

Thanks for the info lonestarjeff. The more I look at it, the more I think I just need to tap into the remote hydraulic access under the seat forward on the right hand side. We use the bale wrapper for wrapping hay in plastic to prevent it from decomposing. It"s called "Haylage". According to my local dealer the part I need to do this has been discontinued so I"m on the hunt.
Regards,
Ken

The easiest way I can think of(what I did to mine)is add a front pump driven off the crank pulley. You can check your pulley to see if it is drilled & tapped for a drive hub(You"ll need a flashlight & adj. mirror). Can"t remember on the gas model, but on my diesel I had to remove the alternator for access.

You"ll either need to tap into the tractor hydr. reservoir(center housing)or use the loader frame as a separate reservior(like I did)to runthe front pump. Some bracket an exterior tank somewhere on the tractor.

Control valve(s) will have to be installed on the tractor and/or the loader.

The bail wrapper sounds like it could be run off the tractor"s internal pump(4 gpm). Just tap into the lift cover side pressure port. Not familiar w/ a bale wrapper, is it driven by ground wheels & raised/lowered by hydr. cylinders?

Jeff
