I don't know of any kits available but it is't that difficult to do. All you need to do is make and adapter that bolts to the 5.9 if that's what you are using and also bolt the the 1135 tranny bell. Or do away with the tranny bell and make a whole new bell the bolts the 5.9 to the 1135 tranny. Make sure you keep your crankshaft centered to the tranny!!!! Then all you need to do is make some measurements and turn out a flywheel to use the existing MF pto hub and clutch. I've don't quit a bit of this kind of work, lol. Make sure you get a 5.9 w/ the p-pump though. Lot's more power potential there. The rest would just be simple plumbing and wiring. Also you will want to measure the 354 lengh and try to make all you adapters compesate for the diff in size between the 354 and 5.9. That way you don't have to modify your sheetmetal.
