MF 235 seized up

I inherited this 235 with the farm, while pulling a harrow, the engine locked up. We tried pulling forward and backwards in gear - no luck. I've begun to pour ATF/mystery oil into cylinders. What do I do next? Where can I go to learn about replacing the cylinders?

Hi Ken I can probably help you with your problem. Do you have any idea why it lockup? did it run out of oil, did it get hot, was the diesel in the oil? those are the most common things that cause one to lock up. a couple of things do you have a front pump for a loader that is turned my the crankshaft pulley if you do you should remove it first to be sure it is not locked up causing the engine not to turn. Also have you tried to crank it with the both clutch disc release to be sure it is not the transmission or the three point pump causing it not to turn. I have seen these thing lock one up before.
