I am considering purchasing a late model 165 with the Perkins gas engine. I have driven the tractor and it seems to work well. It has about 5000 hours on it. It also has multipower. This feature seems to work okay (no slip). The price is $4000. This is a model that I do not have a lot of experiance with. Any suggestions for things to check for before I buy? Thanks

I,ve used one to rake thousand of acres of hay they like gas ,but it was a solid tractor take a comperssion tester and pull a plug or 2 and chack multi power just look at every thing that woves and make sure it works and make sure it's cold and been sitting alnite to see how really easy it starts.

I can't say enough good things about Big Dean. Check out his web page at Link for some good information on the Masseys.
