Hi DonaldinKy,
congratulations to such a great tractor.
I used to work with it in Germany.
Oil here that we used was type SAE15-W30 for example. But it depends a little on your temperature, weather condition.
Which plow...I would say 20 PS per plowshare.
If you have a small plowshare then 2 should be no problem since you have 33 or 35 horsepower.
I wonder where I can get a nice poster of an MF35.
User Manual you can easily find on www.ebay.com or www.ebay.de or other ebays in the world.
Greetings from Germany.

What part of Kentucky are you from? I live just south of Louisville. (The "Indy" part of the screen-name refers to our farm in Indiana) Some of the state has "easy plowing" ground. Other parts are like rock. That makes some difference when it comes to a plow. If you're near Louisville, I have a good parts/service source for you and your Massey. If you're interested, e-mail me at [email protected] I'm at work now, but I'll get back with you later this evening. John

You got yourself the best small utility tractor EVER made. To this day, no one has ever built anything any better.

You should be able to handle 2 x 14" plow, but a 2x12" will handle easier.

That tractor will pull an 8 disk, but if you're planning on using a 3 point disk, the WEIGHT will be the determining factor. A 6' or 7' would be about the limit.

And about the oil. There's 10,000 theories on what's best. I run 15/40 in everything nowdays. So does the aoto mechanic we use, AND the tractor/combine mechanic I do business with. Good oil...One size fits all. John

I use 10W30 or 10W40 in my MF-135. Modern oils are better than the none detergent straight weights of old and cut way back on crud and corrosion.

I've plowed for years with 2x16 in central Iowa. Generally 4 to 5 mph.

I made a 6' disk out of half of a 12' Oliver disk and it pulls as hard as the plow if I let it go into the ground. Its a pull behind with its own wheels set by hydraulic cylinder. Its not handy for getting into a garden next to the fence, but its heavy enough to penetrate when needed. Most 3 point disks are too light to do real work.
