My Massey 35 is stuck in second gear.Lifing the rearend to relieve torque no help. Tried to pry gears thru the filler hole no help.Cannot get pin out of gear shifter to access better. Any suggestions how to get trans unstuck?

Look in archives as I have seen solutions 6 mo or so ago. I think they removed the top cover (with shifters) and got in there with a rod to straighten things out.

Something about lifting up on the shift lever when you shift. Seems Fergie's don't like that.

When you first log on to THIS forum you will see at the top of the page: "Massey Harris and Massey Ferguson discussion forum." Right under those words you should see a window labeled "Search for." Type "stuck in gear" in that window and then click "go" or "enter" and you should get plenty of hits showing ways people have dealt with your very problem.
