I knew of a one row MH chopper at a ole gents place for many years, he passed away last year. Appears to be a mid to early 1950. I puchashed the chopper for $50.00. I have seen alot of old iron in my day [even thou I am 44}but never seen another. Anybody else have one or memories of one? I also have a MH Corn Binder, rare they are , but can be found.

Is it the one that uses a loading chute instead of a blower?I have what I think is a 1948 Massey Harris Buyers Guide with a picture of one with a (chain and slat?) chute. No corn binder listed in the book.

It has a flywheel blower and pipe. No MH Corn binder in the book? Don't know what to think there.

I believe there were two or three models. Recall
the capacity of the 'Forage Clipper', powered by
the 6 cylinder Continental(a F226?). This model
would outperform the same vintage New Holland w/
Wisconsin engine. Lot of iron in these Forage
harvesters. Another mystery why they did not sell
far better.
