MF 65 Diesel water pump repair?

Hi,

I have a MF 65 Diesel and the water pump is leaking. Do they make repair kits for these or do I have to get a new one?

I think you have the same engine as I do on the 165, Perkins AD4-203. I got new/rebuilt one from a local salvage yard. Price has come down since I got the first one, I think the last one was about $65, not for sure. Got it from Stamm Equipment in Wayland, Mich. 1-616-792-6204

new one, they told me so I bought it & put it on. If I had it to do over again I would probably take the radiator & all off. But it can be done without removal. It's tight!

Thanks for responding!

If you don't mind...where did you get the new water pump at? Today I asked the local dealer and he said he didn't think he could get one. They mostly sell New Holland and Ford so they might not have the desire to run one down for me.

NAPA or one of the local auto parts stores. Can't remember right now. I know it wasn't dealer supplied. Just have to tell'em its an AD203 Perkins.
