not sure but we just painted our hood fire red after it got burnt and that"s a nice red.Now i"ll have to paint the rest because the original owner didn"t come close to the original color. They painted it a dark red and it"s ugly and I mean ugly were as the hood is bright red and looks like new.

Tractor Supply here in North Carolina sells quarts of paint made by Agri Systems and called Tractor and Implement Enamel- Massey Ferguson REd, #4432-02 for $8.00 a quart. It will match very well to (my eye) a spray paint by Seymour MRO High Solids --Industrial Protective Coating and it is called Safety Red. Sprayed the moving end of a universal/shaft with Safety REd and the shaft part was painted with brush on like above. Cannot tell where they stop/start.....HOWEVER.. Massey Ferguson makes(made a couple years ago) a spray that covers very well and goes by the part number 1906 406 M2 and is called Red Rouge. It does NOT match either of the other two. Some of these older guys on this site can maybe back me up (I am only 56)but I understand that the MF red shade was changed in the early 70"s.Good luck.

MF Red is called Super Red. There is also an old MF red but this is not available from MF. I don"t know what Safety Red is, perhaps it"s an American name for Super Red?
