It could be your valves aren't opening enough. This happened to me and I discovered the problem was rocker arm bolt came loose so that rocker arms on 2 cylinders weren't opening valves properly.

Most likely the lift pump if injector has been replaced.

JImmy,

If the injectors are presumed good, I think you may have a head gasket leaking and/or blown causing low compression on a cylinder and its just dumping the fuel in without burning it. While its running, loosen each injector line one at a time to see if it changes the sound of the engine equally (more or less) on all 4 cylinders. Any cylinder that does not change it is probably bad, compression-wise. Hope this helps.

Tommy

Most likley causes. Lift pump diaphragm split. Ristictor orifice on leak back line blocked Thermostart leaking(cold starting aid) Front leakage from injector pump(if so check the ristrictor) Dripping injector nozzels. Low compresson

Finally someone I can help!! I had the same problem with MF-165. I just fixed it no more than five days ago. Fuel was shooting out the dipstick, out the crankshaft seal, with fuel in the oilpan. The fuel lift pump was the culprit! The pump is camshaft operated, so when the diaphragm leaks (had a hole in it)the fuel will blow through into the engine. Also, be very careful putting the steel fuel lines back on. They are hard to line up and you can easily strip the threads going into the pump, like I did.
