The tractor we use at work had a busted fuel bulb
today. I replaced it but now am not sure how to
prime the system

What engine? A little more information would be helpful.

It is a Massey Fer. with 2 fuel filters on the side and glass bowls at the bottom. One bowl just
cracked apart and all the diesel leaked out. I
didn't realize this and went to start it and oh..
no gas. I am not sure of the engine, it is only the at work tractor that we use as a fork lift.
It is big and pretty old. I replace the glass
bulb and now it doesn't seem to be getting fuel
because I probably ran it all complety out when I tried to start it. Do I bleed the fuel line
somehow? I loosened the top bolt on the fuel
filter to bleed it out.
