You should have power steering, if not your 35 will be a bear to manouver in tight spaces. A front mounted hydraulic pump would be an asset (not absoultely necessary). Down pressure for the boom. Try to find a loader that is not all patched up and if so inspect the welds very carefully. You may need a counter weight for the back of the tractor if you are going to be lifting any amount of weight. If you live in an area that gets any amount of snow will will want tire chains other wise you will just spin your wheels!
A loader is a very handy piece of equipment. However it will change all the tractors operating characteristics. For the worse! Unless you have a light weight frame or a quick detach model. If you can live with out one do so. If not weigh all your options carefully before jumping in. For what it costs you may find an older Industrial model loader with a single clutch transmission no PTO or 3 point for about the same money.
Just my 2 cents
Gary
