Just overhauled my carburetor on a MF 202 Ind

I'm accusomed to Ford. Ford doesn't connect the throttle to the carb. It is connected to the gov. The gov determines the amount of opening the carb butterfly gets by the pressure the engine exerts on the gov spring (by centrifugal force caused by rpm's)and the amount of counter pressure caused by the throttle position.

Might look at linkage and make sure the gov is set up properly.
