i am looking at bying a 65 mk 2 it has a 203 perkins motor in it. it origonly had multi power in the gearbox, but the gearbox was replaced by a non multi power gearbox. all the streering linkages look like they have been replaced in the last few years.the genarator isnt working but i think that is a regulator problem. the hour meter hasnt worked for a few years. it has 3 pt linkage a set of remotes, but no power steering. it seems to be in very good order all round i was wondering how much it would be worth, the asking price is $3500

If all else checks out OK and no seals are leaking that is a fair asking price. Learn a little bit about the MF 65 - kick the tires, drive it around the block, put a load on the three point and see how quick it lifts it and how fast it falls after shut down.
I have a MF65 gas. I continually look at other tractors and prices and continually am very content at the tractor I have. MF 65 is a great ride.

MF65 in SW Ohio are selling for $2900 to $4000. Deisel is a plus. Negociate and see if you can get it for $3000 or less.
