I am purchasing my first tractor which I believe to be a mf35. How can I determine for sure the model and year of the tractor? If it is a 35, what is the HP for a 4 cyl. gas model?

Hi I saw your posting for help to ID your tractor, if you still need some help let me know and I will send you an attachment called "Help me to help you", it asks you lots of questions for you to find the answers too, (also pointers were to find them) and send back, from those answers I will be able to help you.

I use original Ferguson reference books and information I have obtained over the years.

I have ID Ferguson Tractors all over the world via the internet, and would only be too pleased to help you.

Can you find the serial number? There should be one on the lower right of the instrument panel and another stamped into the left side of the transmission. Post these letters and nos. and you will probably get some info.
