Thanks to the information posted by sibby and Big Dean, I've ordered the parts to convert to the spin on oil filter. Will the oil capacity be any different going from the canister type filter to the spin on type? I have a MF135 with Z145 Continental gas.

I doubt it. It didn't change when I did it to my Z134.

Here's the part numbers: 1051 113M1 for the adapter plate, 1051 114M1 for the threaded stud, 1051 115M1 for the gasket, and 1069954M91 for the filter. These parts can be ordered from an MF-Agco dealer. Other filters that cross reference to this kit are: Purolator L30003, Fram PB50, AC Delco P3, WIX 51050, and Fleetguard LF607. The gasket goes under the plate against the block, the stud threads through the plate into the block, and the filter threads onto the stud. The kit fits Z134s, Z145s, and G176s. Hope this helps.
