Well thanks a lot guys, this one has a freshly rebuilt Kohler engine in it, and all it needs is throttle shaft bushings and shaft, but runs like a charm with a different carb I borrowed off of my Jacobson 1200. This one comes with the 3 blade mower deck with new bearings and blades. The tractor also has new tires, is $250.00 a bad price with the two piece cast iron wheel weights?

These were made by AMF. I have both an MF10 and an MF12 (the hydro version of the MF10). I wouldn't part with either of them. Very durable, well-engineered machines. The weakest link was the engine; the Tecumseh HH100 and HH120, while they were heavy duty cast iron engines, tended to have weaker rods. They would usually start to knock after a while. Both of mine have replacement engines. A lot of attachments were made for these by both MF and other manufacturers (e.g. Haban made a sickle mower for them). Jack is right in that availability all depends on your area, and your luck. There are lot of these machines in our area and I have been able to find mowers, tillers and a sickle mower at auctions sales.

Massey 10-12's etc. are well built little tractors. I think they were made in the 60's and 70's. Don't know about attachments-that mostly depends on your area.
