Hi,

My Uncle wants a spin on conversion head to convert his AC 160 ( direct injected Perkins 3.152 ) from canister to spin on oil filter. I checked with the dealer, and no luck at all. Any Ideas? ( because the tractor frame runs below the oil filter, the filter is on vertical!! )

Thanks in Advance!!

Will

I rebuilt a couple of those AC engines through the years the only thing I found different with them an MF engines was the crankshaft had splines on the AC engine & the MF engine had a key for the front pulley. I used a rebuild kit for the MF engine I think if you will get one of the filter heads for the AD3-152 or the AD4-203 are the same I don't have that number in front of me but if you can't find it on the web I will try to find it for you.

Hi Big Dean,

Thank you. Would you mind getting that part number for me? The MF dealer said he could not get one becuase the tractor fram runs below the filter, so the filter is on vertically, sideways.

Any help you can give is appreciated.

Thank you

Will
