Stan , If the bolt is worn that bad ,how are the holes in the bellcrank and the frame casting? On our pony the bolt was ok but the casting holes were eggshaped. We took the bellcrank to a machine shop and had it bored out and a bushing put in. Had a groove cut around the bushing and drilled a hole in for a grease fitting.--about $40 CDN.

Then we did the hole in the main casting ourself. Rounded out the hole. (big rat tail file ) and put in a 3/4 id. X ?od. thin wall bushing.

If your holes are ok , maybe you could get a grade 6 or 8 bolt 3/4" X 5 1/2" long ?with enough barrel on it (4 1/2 ") ? and put a 3/4 id X 1 " od bushing over it. That would be the cheapest way to go. Ray-s

If you don't need the bellcrank, itself, what is the bolt? Isn't it a simple pin, with a cotter key to secure it? Common MH tractor part, matched
at the hardware store? Throttle linkage seemed to use these on many models by 1950, was the Pony
size/design different?

The bolt is unusual. It has a 1 1/4 head, 1 inch diameter for 3 inches or so, goes down to 3/4 for about 1.5 inches, then has 3/4 thread. I checked with a machine shop, and it's gonna cost me around $70 to have one made!
