Pony Tractor

I picked up a Pony tractor the other day and need to know what I've got. Serial # tag reads "Pony Tractor Massey Harris Ferguson PGA23295" and it is grey. Where do I go for parts and paint? Would it be the same paint as a Ferguson tractor of that year?

I have a grey 1954 massey Pony and found out that the paint that is numbered by Napa is $480./a Gal.
so I talked to a massey man whose father in law sold them and he said that the right color was "Battleship grey" but i went to the massey dealer and used "Flint Grey' turned out pretty good had alot of people tell me they never knew pony to be Grey,only 500 where painted GREY.

I had my GREY Pony repainted about three years ago and the NAPA paint cost about $100/gal. The painter said it was very good quality and it still looks good.

Yes Ron it is Ferguson Grey. The Ferguson dealers in the USA required a small tractor to compete with the Massey Harris dealers after M-H acquired Ferguson. So M-H painted a number of the Ponys ferguson grey in 1954.I have a M-H Pony and some day hope to have a grey one. Hope this helps.
