Tractor has 3000 hrs & in good shape, was idle for about 4 yrs. Hydraulics alternate between working properly & requiring engine to be about 2000 rpms to move cylinders at any speed. Also affects steering & 3 point hitch.Drained fluid, changed filter, cleaned screen under tractor, new valve under floor in cab. Hoses vibrate when implement being lowered, also noticable noise{sort of a howl} when working poorly, about 80% of time. Also seems to affect brakes. Any suggestions would be appreciated

Neil,

It can't affect the brakes, they have a master cylinder. You should check the flow that the charge pump is putting out. Then the priority valve. Are you sure that the hours are original hours? Seems like these tractors should have more than that by now. The problems you have usually don't show up until 5000 hours or more.
