I must rebuild my carb. All I know is the tractor is a massey 20, according to the seller weather a T0 20, T 20 etc. I do not know. The carb I have has only the name on the flange that bolts to the intake manifold. I can see no other part numbers.. but then again I have not completely scrubbed the thing yet. Any suggestions as to wher to look/scrub first? The carb hooks to the accelerator and choke via bent wire and Carter pin, if that helps. I broke the throttle plate shaft, but I think the complete kits have this shaft .

thanks thom

Are you talking about a Massey Harris 20 or a Ferguson TE (or TEO 20)? That information is needed for a start.

All the front plate says is Massey (on the front of the hood). The tractor is grey with red fenders. The serial number under the seat has been welded over for a replacement seat. I can find no other place with a serial number. Numbers on the motor are: Z120-600 and m 2 w. On the flange that attaches the carb to the intake manifold the name is Marvel-Schebler . There is no brass tag on the carb. I was told by a local tractor dealer that the carb should be a Marvel-Schebler carburetor number TSX361A. While I was in the store a patron came in with one that looked exactly like mine but that had different hook ups to the choke and the throttle were different. same place, just hooked up differently.
Mine has bent rods held with a carter pin, his had a post that had a round ball on the end that a clip attached to.
Thanks for the help
