I have what I believe to be an MF35. I am not sure. It was my grandpa's tractor and he says he thinks it is a TO35. The emblem on the side of the hood says MF35. How can I be sure what model and year it is??? I do not know where to look for the serial #. Also, I would like to know what the right color to paint this tractor would be. I am wanting to restore it to original since I do not farm and am just going to use it around the house keeping yard cut and driveway scraped. Maybe a little garden or deer plots, etc. Any help would be GREATLY appreciated. Thanks in advance. James

My dad to has a massey 35 it was my grandpas. Its a 1960 1961 (not sure). The serial number should be right up front under the light switch unless the piece of metal with it was ripped off.The colour of the body is fire red and the engine and the rims are a grey colour also grey underneath the seat(transmission).

James... On the dash just to the left of the steering wheel is the serial number plate. It will tell you if it's a Ferguson TO-35 and the serial number or a M-H-F 35.
