I'm looking at a MH Clipper combine coming up on a sale. It is in ok shape. I think the motor is stuck. Anyone know what it is worth?

This is a pull type combine, not self propelled. Thanks for any input.

Corey: A self-propelled Clipper? Good tin, looks nice, but a stuck motor? I just bought a primo 21 privately for $300, in excellent condition. If the Clipper looked real good, I'd still give $300. Tom

Corey: A pull type Clipper was the first combine we ever had around here. Dad paid $75 for it and we ran it with a Cockshutt 40. (pto). That lasted for about 4 years. I will have to get into my books but I think I've still got the manual and parts book. Last year at the local sale, there was a Clipper and he couldn't pull a bid. Saw it in the Triad the next week asking $400. Dream on. They were $685 new. Hard to say for price, but I think still with the stuck motor maybe $200 only if the rest of it was ready to work. One blemish at all and she's 4 cents a pound. Good Luck. Tom
