Could anyone advise where there may be a screen or filter on a 135 that would slow down the pump?
My lift started slowing down a lot, I want to change fluid but was wondering if there was something else I should clean at the same time.
I tried changing position on the selection lever
moving it to faster but did not help.
any help appreciated..

The hydraulic filter is located behind the access plate with the pto shift lever in it. If you do not have factory auxiliary hydraulics, multipower or independent pto you can access the filter by removing that access plate. If you do have any of those three options then you will have to remove the liftcover to access the filter. Some say you can get at it through the access plate on the right side I have never try that I don't think my old big hands would fit through there. If your lift works good with a light load but not with a heavy load it could be caused by a weak master control spring. This was a very common problem on those tractors after a few years of uses.
The response lever only controls how fast your lift drops it has nothing at all to do with how fast it raises. Email me if I can be of further help
